Request you to read our policy
1. If you want to order anything from us make sure to keep that in mind
its a pre-order and cash on delivery based page. If you don’t have the mentality then don’t order.
2. After you place your order you can’t cancel it Or i’ll take legal steps.
3. Product might be slightly different from the picture due to lighting. You’ve to keep that in mind.
4. You’ve to take your parcel if 90-95 percent of your product arrive.
5. Pick your parcel and check it in front of deliveryman. After you take it to your home no return/refund will be accepted. If we don’t pick the phone then pls pick the parcel, make a unboxing video and knock us immediately. We’ll give you a solution. Also Customer needs to pay a double delivery charge for returning/exchanging the parcels if not checked in front of the delivery man.
6.If you get an defected product then please inform us first. We’ll try to solve it.
7. Please make sure to note down your order after you place your order to us. We dispatch parcels in bulk quantity so its quite impossible for us to tell each and everyone what was their parcel.
8. No hold, no merge, no cancellation will be accepted after i bring the product.
9. Behave well with admins, moderators. If you behave rude we’ll simply Ban you. Also don’t order for gift purpose. We are pre-order and cash on delivery based. Product might come 3-5 days later due to customs.
