১-Delivery Man থাকা অবস্থায় product check করে নিবেন , Delivery Man চলে আসার পর কোন ধরনের Complain, Exchange, Refund, Return গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না।

২- Clothing এর ক্ষেত্রে Size issue, Fabrics quality, Color problem, ছেঁড়া, Printing Quality এ ধরনের Complain Delivery Man চলে আসার পর গ্রহনযোগ্য হবে না।

৩- অন্যান্য Product এর ক্ষেত্রে ভাঙ্গা, Color problem, Printing Quality

এ ধরনের Complain Delivery Man চলে আসার পর গ্রহনযোগ্য হবে না।

৪- Product Return, Exchange এর ক্ষেত্রে Delivery Charge Customer-কে Pay করতে হবে।

৫- প্রতিটি Product হাতে পেয়ে আগে ভাল ভাবে check করুন, তার পর Delivery Man কে pay করুন।

৬- wholesale order এর ক্ষেত্রে ৫০% advance প্রযোজ্য ।

৭- wholesale order এর ক্ষেত্রে delivery charge weigh এর কারনে বাড়তে পারে ।
