measurements, construction details, materials, stitching, and
hardware specifications to make the design easy for manufacturers
to understand.

Just wrapped up another detailed tech pack for a
performance backpack and I’m reminded why
I love this work.

A great backpack isn’t just about looks. It’s about how every
seam, zipper, webbing, foam panel, and hardware choice
performs under real use.

In this latest pack I focused on:

• Load distribution & comfort (padded straps +
contoured back panel)

• Durability in high-stress zones (reinforced base,
bartacks, and abrasion-resistant fabrics)

• Clean manufacturing notes so the factory can execute
without guesswork

• Smart organization that actually works for the end user

Tech packs are where design meets reality. The clearer and
more precise they are, the better the final product
and the fewer surprises on the production floor.

Baby Hoodie Tech pack.

🎒 Sometimes, the best designs are
the ones you discover years later!

While going through some of my old files,
I found this Leather Backpack Tech Pack
Design that I created about 6 years ago for a client.

The backpack was developed with tan pebble-grain
cow leather, a double-zipper closure, and
navy microfiber lining.

Looking at it again after so many years
reminded me how much I enjoy the
technical side of fashion and accessories,
turning a creative idea into clear,
production-ready details.

I thought, why not share this piece of
my older work with you?

I was going through some of my old design files recently and came across this leather bag tech pack that I created a few years ago.

It brought back some good memories, so I thought, why not share it with you? 😊

A well-prepared tech pack may look simple on the surface, but every detail matters—from the technical flat sketch and measurements to materials, hardware, stitching, construction, and production specifications.

This is one of the projects that reminds me why I enjoy turning creative bag concepts into clear, production-ready technical documents.
