🔹 দায়িত্ব ও কর্তব্য

✅ কারখানার সার্বিক নিরাপত্তা নিশ্চিত করা।
✅ কর্মকর্তা-কর্মচারী, দর্শনার্থী এবং যানবাহনের প্রবেশ ও প্রস্থান নিয়ন্ত্রণ করা।
✅ সিসিটিভি পর্যবেক্ষণ ও নিয়মিত নিরাপত্তা টহল পরিচালনা করা।
✅ যেকোনো সন্দেহজনক কার্যকলাপ বা নিরাপত্তাজনিত ঘটনা তাৎক্ষণিকভাবে কর্তৃপক্ষকে অবহিত করা।
✅ নিরাপত্তা রেজিস্টার সংরক্ষণ এবং কোম্পানির নিরাপত্তা নীতিমালা যথাযথভাবে অনুসরণ করা।

🔹 যোগ্যতা

✅ ন্যূনতম শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা: এসএসসি বা সমমান।
✅ নতুন ও অভিজ্ঞ—উভয় প্রার্থীরাই আবেদন করতে পারবেন।
✅ অভিজ্ঞ প্রার্থীদের অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে।
✅ বয়স: ২০–৪০ বছর।
✅ ন্যূনতম উচ্চতা: ৫ ফুট ৩ ইঞ্চি।
✅ শারীরিকভাবে সুস্থ, সৎ, শৃঙ্খলাবদ্ধ ও দায়িত্বশীল হতে হবে।
✅ শিফট ভিত্তিক দায়িত্ব পালনে সক্ষম হতে হবে।

🎓 Industrial Visit | University of Dhaka – Department of Management (28th Batch)

Fariha Knit Tex Ltd. was honored to welcome the students of the 28th Batch, Department of Management, University of Dhaka, accompanied by Dr. Nur Nahar Yasmin, Assistant Professor, and Mr. Md. Masud Rana, Assistant Professor, for an educational industrial visit to our factory.

During the visit, the students explored our key production departments, including Knitting, Dyeing, Printing, Cutting, Sewing, Finishing, and Quality Control. They gained practical exposure to modern garment manufacturing, operational management, sustainability initiatives, compliance practices, and responsible business operations through detailed presentations and factory walkthroughs.

We sincerely thank the faculty members and students of the University of Dhaka for visiting our factory. It was a pleasure to share our knowledge and industry experience, and we hope this visit contributed meaningfully to their academic learning and future careers.
