All dresses are made-to-order based on your exact measurements.
02. Hand Embroidery
Each design is carefully hand-embroidered, adding unique charm and character to every piece.
03. Order Confirmation
To confirm an order, customers must provide their name, address, phone number, size, and complete a 50% advance payment.
04. Delivery Time
Orders are typically delivered within 10–12 working days from confirmation.
05. Delivery Charge
A flat delivery fee of BDT 130 will be added to all orders.
06. Changes & Cancellations
As each dress is custom-made, orders cannot be changed or canceled after confirmation.
07. Return & Refund Policy
Returns or refunds are only accepted in cases where the product is damaged or incorrect. Customers must check the item in front of the delivery person at the time of delivery. Once the delivery person has left, no returns or complaints will be accepted under any circumstances. As all dresses are custom-made, we do not offer returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind.
