SNOWTEX Outerwear Ltd. a well-reputed export-oriented garments manufacturing company is looking for some "Management Trainee-(Warehouse Management)" position.

Job Location: Dhamrai, Dhaka
:
• Bachelor’s degree in discipline (Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field will preferred )
• Post Graduate Diploma in SCM will preferred
:
• Minimum 0-1 year of relevant experience in Garments/Textile/Outerwear factory experience preferred
:
• Assist in daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods
• Support inventory management processes and ensure accurate stock records
• Monitor stock levels and assist in cycle counts and physical inventory audits
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth material flow
• Ensure proper documentation for all inbound and outbound shipments
• Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards
• Assist in implementing warehouse management systems (WMS) and process improvements
• Analyze operational data and prepare reports for management review
• Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements in warehouse processes
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
: 25,000/- (Upon successful completion of the six-month probationary period, the salary will be revised and increased)
