BGMEA has joined hand with Manush Manusher Jonno Foundation and Pay It Forward Bangladesh to find a immediate solution to the ongoing crisis of shortage of protective gear for health professionals in Bangladesh.
New generation of BGMEA came forward to help the country by making free PPE suits for health workers and support workers to face the COVID-19 outbreak.
With leading co-ordination from Zarin Rashid of TRZ Group and Navidul Huq of Mohammadi Group, already a prototype has been developed and spec and CAD has been arranged to closest WHO standard for mass production.
Many other members also extended their help in the process and already offered help by giving free fabrics, trims and production capacity.
We encourage and welcome other BGMEA members to join hand in this effort by providing waterproof fabrics, stitching capacity and trims so that this can be arranged in a very large scale in shortest possible time.
