আসসালামু আলাইকুম।
অর্ডার প্লেস করার আগে দেশী পেইজ এর নিচের রুলস গুলো পড়ে নিবেন।

▶️অর্ডার প্রসেস :
স্টক এর এভেইলেবল প্রোডাক্ট এর ফটো নিয়মিত পেইজ এ আপলোড করা হবে প্রাইস সহ। এক্ষেত্রে প্রোডাক্ট এর ছবি,সাইজ/স্পেসিফিকেশন এবং ডেলিভারি ডিটেইলস (নাম,ঠিকানা,ফোন নাম্বার) পেইজ এ ইনবক্স করবেন। অর্ডার করার আগে ক্যাপশনে প্রোডাক্ট এর ডিটেইলস চেক করে নিবেন,আরো কিছু জানার থাকলে কমেন্ট করবেন 😊
আমরা চেষ্টা করি সর্বোচ্চ অ্যাকুরেট ফটো দেওয়ার, তাও ক্যামেরা কন্ট্রাস্ট এর জন্য প্রোডাক্ট এর সাথে ফটো এর কালার এর ১৯/২০ এর পার্থক্য থাকতে পারে। তার মানে এই না যে হলুদ সবুজ হয়ে যায় 😅

▶️টাংগাইল সদর এরিয়ায় ডেলিভারি :
ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি হবে,ডেলিভারি ডিটেইলস ছাড়া অর্ডার কনফার্ম হবে না। অর্ডার কনফার্ম হয়ে যাওয়ার পর তা আর কোনো ভাবেই ক্যান্সেল করা যাবে না।

▶️ স্টেডফাস্ট ড্যাশবোর্ড এ প্রদত্ত ফোন নাম্বার এর বিপরীতে "ডেলিভারি সাকসেস রেট" ৭০% এর কম দেখালে ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি হবে না,পেমেন্ট আগে বিকাশ এ ক্লিয়ার করতে হবে।

▶️টাংগাইল সদর এরিয়ার বাইরে ডেলিভারি :
এক্ষেত্রে ফুল পেমেন্ট (প্রোডাক্ট প্রাইস+ডেলিভারি চার্জ +বিকাশ চার্জ) বিকাশ এর মাধ্যমে পে করতে হবে।টাংগাইল এর বাইরে ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি এর কোনো সু্যোগ নেই,প্রোডাক্ট "স্টেডফাস্ট" কুরিয়ার এ পাঠানো হবে।
ডেলিভারি চার্জ:
টাংগাইল সদর এরিয়া : ৬০ টাকা
টাংগাইল থানা এরিয়া : ৮০ টাকা
টাংগাইল এর বাইরে : ১৫০ টাকা

▶️রিটার্ন :
আমাদের কোনো ট্রায়াল, এক্সচেঞ্জ অপশন নেই,তাই ১০০% শিওর হয়ে অর্ডার করবেন। ২ টা অর্ডার করে যেটা পছন্দ হবে রাখবেন,আরেকটা ফেরত পাঠাবেন দয়া করে এমনটা করবেন না।

প্রোডাক্ট অবশ্যই ডেলিভারি ম্যান এর সামনে চেক করে নিবেন । ডেলিভারি ম্যান যদি কল না করে এমন সময় চলে আসে যে আপনি চেক করতে পারবেন না,তাহলে ডেলিভারি ম্যান কে পরের দিন আপনার সুবিধা মতো সময় আসতে বলুন যখন চেক করতে পারবেন। ডেলিভারি ম্যান যদি কো-অপারেট না করে আমাদের কল করুন (পেইজ এ নাম্বার দেওয়া আছে) অথবা মেসেজ করুন।

প্রোডাক্ট এ কোনো সমস্যা থাকলে ডেলিভারি ম্যান এর উপস্থিতি তে আমাদের জানান। ডেলিভারি ম্যান আপনার এড্রেস থেকে চলে আসার পর কোনো কমপ্লেইন গ্রহণ করা হবে না।

**প্রোডাক্ট এ কোনো সমস্যা না থাকলে কোনো রিটার্ন নেওয়া হবে না।**

▶️হোল্ড :
ডেলিভারি কোম্পানি সর্বোচ্চ ৩ দিন আপনার প্রোডাক্ট হোল্ড করবে।তাই অবশ্যই ৩ দিনের মধ্যে প্রোডাক্ট রিসিভ করবেন।

▶️বুকিং :
আমাদের কাছে কোনো প্রডাক্ট বুক করে রাখতে চাইলে ৫০% এডভান্স করে বুক করতে হবে। এক্ষেত্রে সর্বোচ্চ ১০ দিন বুকিং রাখা হবে,১০ দিনের মধ্যে প্রোডাক্ট রিসিভ করতে হবে।

❌অনুমতি ছাড়া আমাদের পেজ এর কোন ছবি কোথাও ব্যবহার করা যাবে না । ❌

Please read the following rules of Desi before placing an order.

▶️Order Process:
Photos of the products' available in stock will be uploaded to the page regularly along with the price. To place an order , message the product's picture, size / specification and your delivery details (name, address, phone number) on the page. Before ordering, check the details of the product in the caption. if you want to know more any other details, please comment.
We always try to provide the most accurate photo, but due to the camera contrast,lighting etc the color of the photo may differ slightly from the product .

▶️Delivery inside Tangail Sadar area:
It Will be cash on delivery, order will not be confirmed without delivery details. Once the order is confirmed, it can no longer be cancelled. Charge : 60 taka

▶️ If the "DELIVERY SUCCESS RATE" is shown less than 70% against the provided number in Streadfast's Dashboard ; Cash on Delivery will not be provided. Full payment has to be cleared through BKASH beforehand.

▶️Delivery outside Tangail Metropolitan area :
In this case full payment (product price + delivery charge + bKash charge) has to be paid through bKash. We do not provide Cash on delivery outside Tangail Sadar , the product will be sent through "Streadfast" Courier.
Charge :
Tangail Sadar Area : 60 taka
Tangail Thana Area : 80 taka
Outside Tangail : 150 taka

▶️Return:
We do not have a trial / exchange option, so be 100% sure while ordering.
Kindly do not order multiple Products just to see how it looks in real, we do not accept any partial return. The product must be checked in front of the delivery man. If the delivery man does not call/inform you before coming to your place and you are unable to check at that moment, ask the delivery man to come the next day at your convenience when you'll be able to check. If the delivery man does not co-operate, call us (the number is given on the page) or message us.

If there is any problem in the product, let us know in the presence of the delivery man. No complaints will be accepted after the delivery man leaves your address.

** No return will be accepted if there is no problem/defect in the product. **

▶️Hold:
The delivery company will keep your product on hold for a maximum of 3 days. So you must receive the product within 3 days.
▶️Booking:
If you want to book a product from us, you have to pay 50% in advance. In this case booking will be kept for maximum 10 days, product must be received within 10 days from order confirmation.
