NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The Annual General Meeting of Bangladesh Society for Apparel HR Professionals - BSAHRP will be held as per below schedule:

Date: 26th November 2021 Day: Friday
Time: 11:00 am
Venue: Sector 7 Restaurant & Party Centre, Uttara

Agenda:
1. To receive and approve annual report of the Society
2. To receive and adopt the audited accounts and reports for the year ended June 30, 2021

3. To appoint Auditors and to fix their remuneration
4. To transact any other business with the permission of the President

5. To elect BSAHRP 4 Office bearer and 5 Executive Councilors for the tenure of following two years ( Details will be notified by Ecection Commission)

All respected members are requested to participate in the Annual General Meeting.

We are very much happy & excited for upcoming EC election of BSAHRP on November 26,2021. Present EC have taken the following decision for membership who will be eligible for casting the Vote:
# Present approved member
# Previous enlisted members whose name were printed in BSAHRP 3rd Anniversary Souvenir subject to renewal of their membership with payment of membership fee @ Tk 500/= with in November 6, 2021.

# Membership renewal have to complete through BSAHRP website : http://www.bsahrp.org/membership

Members will be eligible for casting their valuable vote as per bylaws that will help free, fair and participatory election.
