RE-Antwerp

RE-Antwerp REantwerp is a social atelier and fashion label in one. We want to RE-SET the fashion system.

04/06/2026

From 4 to 7 June, REantwerp will take part in Antwerp.Fashion Festival with a programme that brings together stories, craftsmanship and new beginnings.

In the hallway of our atelier, visitors will discover the makers behind REantwerp through a video installation. Inside the atelier, we will present our collaboration with the first-year students of the Fashion Department at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts Antwerp and Gruppocinque Fabrics: 14 shirts shaped by memory, craftsmanship and exchange.

Come by, discover the work, meet the team and celebrate fashion as a force for connection and change.

REantwerp is a social and sustainable fashion atelier and label by Tim Van Steenbergen, Ruth Goossens and GATAM, where newcomers with a textile background rebuild their future through craftsmanship.

Welcome drink — Thursday 4 June, 6–9 pm
During Antwerp.Fashion Festival, REantwerp transforms the long corridor leading to our atelier into a walking route through makers, materials and future stories.
In an installation of 8 screens, we present short video portraits of the makers in our atelier: who they are, where they come from, what they create at REantwerp, and what they dream of for the future.

Discover Faces, Fabrics & Futures during Antwerp.Fashion Festival at REantwerp from 4 to 7 June.

In motion, as it’s meant to be.

— model at — moves through the frame, bringing our pieces to life. Silhouettes shift, fabrics catch the light, details reveal themselves one step at a time.
A glimpse behind the scenes of our latest shoot, where garments are not just worn, but inhabited.
Each piece made in our atelier, from carefully sourced deadstock fabrics.
Unisex, seasonless, shaped by the hands of many.
Worn with ease.
Made with purpose.

One dress, many lives.
Our oversized white dress with long sleeves is designed as a timeless, unisex silhouette — easy to wear, easy to make your own. Shown here in pure white, and in a limited version with a vivid blue screenprint around the neckline.
Wear it closed as a dress, open as a long shirt, layered, belted, loose, minimal or bold. Each version is handmade in our Antwerp atelier from high-quality deadstock fabric, giving leftover materials a new story.
A quiet piece with many possibilities.
A REantwerp classic, reimagined in blue.

A goodbye, and a thank you.

Over the past months, Rodrigo has been part of our atelier — cutting fabrics, drawing and grading patterns, shaping ideas into form.
Precise in his work, but just as present in spirit.
His energy, his humor, his sharp one-liners — they filled the space as much as the garments did. That will be deeply missed.
Rodrigo is now finishing his studies at the Fashion Academy of Sint-Niklaas, where his passion for costume design continues to grow — for theatre, film, and beyond.
Wishing you all the best on what comes next.
Once part of the atelier, always part of the story.

From the atelier to the stage.
Triggerfinger — Ruben Block, Mario Goossens and Lange Polle— wearing REantwerp, from rehearsal to performance..
Together, we explored combinations of deadstock fabrics — mixing textures, tones, and prints to find what resonates on stage. Pieces with presence, without losing their origin.
They wear them their way. We’re grateful to see the work on stage.

From fabric to form.
In our atelier, every piece begins by hand — cutting, pressing, shaping, stitching. A rhythm of gestures, learned and shared. Skills refined over time, carried by many hands.
We work with what already exists: high-quality deadstock fabrics, carefully selected and transformed into something new. No excess, no rush — just attention, craft, and the will to make it last.
What starts at the table, ends on the body.A garment, shaped by process.

Rana Plaza was not just a tragedy.
It was a warning.
13 years later, fashion still owes its makers dignity, safety, and respect.

A dress in transformation.

Our combi flower shirtdress is designed to be tied in different ways, changing shape with every movement. In this piece, a pink floral print by Dries Van Noten meets a green-black floral by Christian Wijnants — brought together in one handmade silhouette.
Made from leftover fabrics in our atelier, in limited editions only. A piece with contrast, versatility, and a story.
