SENNES is a creative, socio-economic and sustainable brand conceived on a constant dialogue of Portuguese traditional textile processes and Belgian textile design. Designer and brand owner, Nele De Block, works and experiments with ‘noble’, natural high-quality materials in a very different way, taken out of their traditional context to a different contemporary design. All SENNES items are conceived and manufactured between ANTWERP (BE) and ALGARVE (PT).

ANDORINHA is our lightweight tunic top crafted in a high quality double face linen.

The blouse consists of two separate pieces, front and back, connected by cotton straps, wich can be worn separately or joined. The back part of this tunic is broader than the front to create a beautiful fluid volume in the back. The shoulder straps allow to accentuate and to adjust.

Inspired by ‘the duffle bag’ Originally a rough woven cloth bag used by sailors to carry their belongings.
Did you know that the name “duffle” comes from the Belgian town of Duffel near Antwerp, where the cloth was originally made.
