I've always been an old soul, trying to do things differently. That old soul brought me to the old roots music, soul, blues and crooners. I love the look of vintage clothing, the smell of a good tobacco in a pipe, the taste of a perfectly aged whiskey or rhum.I have always been in awe how craftsman can make a difficult trade seem so easy. How they can create something really beautiful from scratch
. I can keep watching them work, keep listinging how they talk passionatly about their craft. A couple of yours ago, i joined a steampunk group, named Steamnation, out of interest for the Victorian era, and the fantastic creative stuff you can find in this subculture. I bought a first hide, as i wanted a specific leather piece. I enjoyed working on it, and to this day it still is the eye catcher of my outfit. Since that day, i haven't stopped working with leather. I fell in love with the craft. I did reseach, bought tools, learned, screwed up, and got better. Now, i want to share my passion. Every piece i make is made the old fashioned way, handmade, before machines took the place of craftsmen.
