One of a kind creations designed with upcycling philosophy, giving a brand-new purpose and a higher value to the products - handmade and also eco-friendly! Italian designer based in Gent, with Sicilian roots and Florentine formation. Eclecticism, playfullness and enthusiasm are the main values that characterize both the brand and the designer. 🇬🇧 For me prickly pears are the symbol of summer. Of Sicily and Palermo. But it represents also the nightmare of finding spines all over my fingers during the Sunday afternoons at my grandparents. Is that maybe why I started to make a version that you can touch without becoming a cactus yourself?
The subconscious guides you towards unusual directions and I will continue to get inspiration in the coming weeks by taking a break to visit both known lands and (very) distant destinations.
ADADORE closes its doors from the 9th of August till the 9th of September.
I don't know how much I’ll be here, but when I am, I will let you know.
Meanwhile, I wish you to be carefree, possibly with your feet in the sea waters and the sun kissing your forehead.

🇮🇹 Per me il fico d’india è estate. È Sicilia, è Palermo. Ma è anche l’incubo delle spine nelle dita durante domeniche pomeriggio a casa dei nonni. Sarà per questo che ho iniziato a realizzarne una versione che si può accarezzare senza diventare un cactus a tua volta?
Il subconscio ti guida verso insolite direzioni e io continuerò a farmi ispirare nelle prossime settimane prendendomi una pausa per visitare sia terre conosciute che mete (molto) lontane.
ADADORE chiude i battenti dal 9 agosto al 9 settembre.
Non so quanto passerò da queste parti, ma quando ci sarò, farò un fischio.
Intanto vi auguro di essere spensierati, possibilmente con i piedi a mollo e il sole in fronte.
