Proud to share that FELT, together with , has won the competition for a 23-storey tower in Malmö, Sweden — a landmark project bridging industrial heritage and the city's future.
"Varvstornen" stood out among four shortlisted teams (from ~70 applicants) for its sustainable wood-hybrid structure, integrated material reuse, and a distinctive silhouette set to shape Malmö's skyline.
Honoured to work alongside Outer Space arkitekter, Ney & Partners and AU-RA on this next chapter.
