As we approach the end of another incredible year, one made even more special by celebrating our 100-year milestone. We want to take a moment to thank all of our clients, partners, and colleagues for your continued trust and collaboration.

A century of service wouldn't have been possible without you, and we're deeply grateful for the relationships we've built along the way. Wishing you and your loved ones a joyful holiday season filled with warmth, laughter, and precious moments together.

Concordia Textiles Group is proud to celebrate a DuPont™ Innovation Award together with our joint venture Purfi and subsidiary ESTAMBRIL TEXTILES INTERNATIONAL , and our valued partners, ITURRI and repsol.

This recognition highlights a shared achievement in advancing circularity within the industrial protective garments market. Through close collaboration between ITURRI, repsol, ESTAMBRIL TEXTILES INTERNATIONAL and Purfi , a garment range was developed containing 30% post-consumer recycled Nomex® Energy Solutions®.

Aramid fibers are known for their durability and protective performance. In line with ITURRI and repsol's circular strategy, our joint effort focused on reducing the environmental footprint of protective garments while maintaining high-performance standards.

The process involved:
🔹 Collecting end-of-life NOMEX® protective garments
🔹 Sorting and dismantling the materials
🔹 Rejuvenating the fibers through Purfi ’s process
🔹 Spinning and weaving them into new fabrics
🔹 Remanufacturing them into new PPE garments
🔹 Resulting in garments containing 30% post-consumer recycled NOMEX®

This project demonstrates what is possible when strong partners unite their technical expertise, shared vision, and innovative drive. We are grateful to ITURRI, Purfi , ESTAMBRIL TEXTILES INTERNATIONAL , DuPont™ and repsol for their continued collaboration in shaping a more sustainable textile future.

Earlier this month, we had the honor of celebrating our 100th anniversary together with colleagues, partners, customers, and friends from around the world.

It was a journey through our heritage, our production, and our passion for textiles. Guests experienced a behind-the-scenes experience tour through our facilities, showcasing what we stand for: sustainable innovation, built on a century of expertise.

And we are not done. After 100 years of lessons and growth, we are ready to shape the next century of Concordia Textiles.

Thank you to all who celebrated with us and contributed to making Concordia what it is today.

When it comes to protecting your skin from harmful UV radiation, coverage alone isn’t enough.

UV rays are invisible, but their long-term effects are very real. Many garments claim to offer UV protection, but only a few truly meet certified standards.

Labels can be misleading and don't always tell the full story. Without proper testing and certification, even long sleeves and “UV-protective” tags may provide a false sense of safety.

In 2025, Concordia Textiles marks 100 years in the textile industry. Since 1925, we've evolved from a local weaving company into a global player in high-performance fabrics. Over the years, we've adapted to industry shifts, embraced new technologies, and continuously pushed the boundaries of textile innovation.

This year, we’ll look back at our history with exclusive archival footage and key moments from the past century. At the same time, we continue to focus on where the future of textiles is headed, driving innovation and setting new standards in textile production.
