With our project BEAT THE CONCRETE we support the love of life, by bringing nature back to your neighborhood. How? By training youngsters as to use nature based solutions to beat and transform neighborhoods into spaces that are good for nature and us.

Word on the street! We lieten 776 inzendingen achter ons en schopten het tot finalist voor het Ecover Belgium fund! Met ons project BEAT THE CONCRETE halen we het groen terug naar je buurt. Hoe? Door samen met jongeren solutions te gebruiken om de overload aan beton te transformeren tot groene, leefbare zones.

Ook concrete to beat in jouw buurt? Laat het ons weten! Maak een foto, deel ze en gebruik en wie weet nemen we binnenkort jouw buurt onder handen.

GLIMPS.bio-LABS is starting today!

We will guide 12 participants on a journey to explore the future of biofabrication, biomimicry, art and design. We'll also be hosting hands-on sessions, crash courses, lectures and other activities to boost their own projects in the bio-world!

Thanks to the guest lecturers AnneMarie Maes, Marco Nervo, Angela Pisani and Ana Lisa Alperovich-O'Brien to join us on this trip.

With GLIMPS.bio LABS we introduce you to a new material world. Made with biology. During our unique 4 weeks program, we take you on a journey into the world of biofabrication, bioart and biomimicry. Via online hands-on workshops, crash course sessions on biodesign and biomimicry principles and a bioart masterclass, we teach you all the tips and tricks in order to become a pioneer in biodesign and biofabrication. Plus: you'll receive a bio-kit for growing your experiments right in your kitchen, have experts following up on your projects and get an introduction and way into the biofabrication community.Well, that sounds like a plan, right?
