Основни технологии и характеристики:

Печатащи глави: Обикновено са оборудвани с няколко индустриални печатащи глави Epson i3200-A1 за високоскоростен печат с висока резолюция до 3200 DPI.

Управление на бялото мастило: Разполагат с автоматизирана система за циркулация на бялото мастило, която предотвратява утаяване на мастилото и запушване на печатащите глави.

Интегрирани прахоразпръскващи системи: Fedar системите включват автоматизирани „всичко в едно“ машини, които нанасят термотопим прах върху мокрото мастило и го изпичат в един работен процес.

Гъвкавост при работа с материи: Могат да печатат върху почти всякакъв тип плат, включително памук, полиестер, найлон, канава и кожа, без да е необходима предварителна обработка.

We are pleased to announce that Mimaki Europe. will be showcasing TRAPIS technology for pigment transfer printing on natural fibers fabrics (cotton, viscose, wool, linen…. and much more) at the upcoming HEIMTEXTIL 2025 trade fair in Frankfurt.
Hands-on demonstrations will be provided using the MONTI ANTONIO calender mod. C03RP-1800 specifically developed for this technology.
