🌺 MORE THAN JEWELRY… IT’S ABOUT EMPOWERMENT 🌺

I want to take a moment today to celebrate this amazing young woman who works alongside me.

She came into my life when I opened my space at the mall, and from the very beginning, her attitude stood out to me. Always mannerly. Always respectful. Always willing to learn. And most importantly, Always positive.

Yesterday, while working with me at an event, I had to have a difficult conversation with her. I explained that I may have to give her some time off because of the slow season at the store on Lincoln Boulevard.

Instead of being discouraged, she looked at me with that same positive spirit and said:

“God is going to make a way for us, and we’re going to get the opportunities we need.”

That reminded me of one of the reasons I continue to do what I do.

My passion has never been only about making and selling beautiful jewelry. I love empowering young women. I love teaching them a craft, sharing what I have learned through the years, and helping them develop skills that can one day become a business, an income, and ultimately a legacy of their own.

If I can teach a young woman to create with her hands, believe in her abilities, understand business, serve customers with excellence, and eventually create opportunities for herself and others, then I have accomplished something far greater than making another sale.

This young lady reminds me that sometimes, while we think we are encouraging the next generation, they are encouraging us too. ❤️

I don't know exactly where this next chapter will take us, but I believe that the right doors will open.

We are creating jewelry, but we are also creating opportunities, confidence, skills and LEGACIES.

And that will always be a part of what I stand for. 🇧🇸✨
