Janaees Uniform Center sincerely appreciates every customer who chooses to shop with us, particularly during the very busy Back-to-School season. We recognize that families have choices, and we are grateful for the continued trust placed in our team.
This year, in anticipation of increased demand, we more than doubled our staff complement. During peak periods, we may have more than 75 team members and customers inside the store at one time. For the safety and comfort of everyone, there is a limit to the number of people we can safely accommodate inside the building.
To help manage the high volume, we have established a shaded outdoor queuing area and provide complimentary water to customers waiting to enter. Customers collecting prepaid orders are also offered expedited entry upon presentation of their receipt. Inside, more than 40 sales team members are assigned to assist customers with locating their required items and completing their purchases as efficiently as possible.
We fully understand that Back-to-School shopping can be stressful, and we regret when wait times or other aspects of the shopping experience do not meet a customer’s expectations. We continue to review our processes and welcome constructive feedback on ways we can serve families more efficiently.
At the same time, we are committed to maintaining a respectful and family-friendly environment for our customers and employees, particularly given the number of young children who visit our store. We ask that concerns be raised respectfully and without abusive, threatening, or profane language. Our team will always seek to address customer concerns professionally, and we expect the same courtesy toward our employees and other customers.
Our refund and exchange policies are posted in-store and form part of our standard terms of sale. Where circumstances warrant, management may review individual situations in accordance with our policies. Customers who have concerns about a transaction or their experience are encouraged to speak directly with management so that the matter can be properly reviewed.
