Last weekend I was lucky enough to step into and s world at - a Michelin star restaurant tucked away in the forest in the south of Sweden. The restaurant was surrounded by a beautiful rushing river and crisp green forest which made the perfect surroundings from which every ingredient was foraged and cooked on open fire. Here I felt connected to nature through every one of my scenes and after just one night I felt an inspiration beyond measure ! Thank you for this experience I look forward to many more ! 🔥
