To keep moving forward I focus on giving love❤️

I used to be so angry as my childhood was stolen away from me, like many if your innocence is stripped you put up walls, you numb and it literally makes you sick even to a point to where you don’t want to live anymore😢
but I found a way to move forward in a better way🙏🏽

I stopped calling the abusers “my abuser”, they’re not mine I don’t want them they don’t own me I don’t want to give them any more of my emotions (my emotions are sacred).

They used to take so much of my time and energy, I was always reminded of their sick actions and triggered easily, I had no more feelings.

Now I have strict boundaries (not walls - boundaries), I cut out being a people pleaser. I stopped thinking “what’s wrong with me?”, I stopped negative self talk, I stopped being stuck even if it was slow like crawling to get back up.

I feed my soul with what makes me feel good inside😁
I keep up with mental house cleaning - if we don’t clean our house/our space it can get overwhelming, filthy and depressing same way with our minds we need to do mental cleaning, bring in fresh air and exercising regularly❤️
My body and mind belongs to me🥰
Celebrate your wins even if they seem small❤️
