I had mentioned on a recent post that I believe EVERY business needs to be drafting their AI policy so consumers know who they are speaking with, and what part AI plays in their businesses.
I recently purchased a course from someone I have purchased numerous courses from in years past. As soon as I opened it, I knew this was different. I didn’t think to ask, and now I have a program I can’t do anything with because it was clearly written by AI.
For this particular program, AI shouldn’t have had any part in it. I was buying it for the expertise of the individual, and she unfortunately outsourced this to a bot. The new course had zero personality - it was cold and lifeless. My mistake. I will ALWAYS be asking going forward.
With that said, I wanted to take the opportunity to clearly state the AI policy of both Parenting By Nature AND Mothering Wellness Coaching Co. AI has no place in our marketing, our newsletters, our programs, or our coaching. Everything you read will always be written by a real human.
If you’re a client of our coaching program - your program, your checkin’s, your responses are all created, read and responded to with all the presence, understanding and connection of a real human. I will at some point share what’s happening within the coaching industry with AI but again, it is not something I utilize. Wellness coaching requires someone personal to hold space, show up where you need it, and offer support the way a bot simply cannot. AI just can’t. 🙄
I hope this helps our customers and clients know where we stand. And if you’re getting tired of everything sounding like it’s robotic and void of depth and personality, so. am. I.
