Our new xTool Omni UV printer is officially earning its floor space.

We can now produce one-off, full-colour UV challenge coins on metal blanks, including double-sided printing, raised 3D effects, texture and incredible detail. No need to order hundreds just to bring an idea to life.

And coins are only the beginning.

This machine will print on metal, leather, acrylic, wood, plastics and more, opening up an entirely new range of custom products for fire departments and emergency services.

For this test coin, we used an image of the famous Drumheller dinosaur without permission strictly as a shop test and not as a product for sale. We figured if you're going to test colour, detail and raised UV effects in Alberta, a giant dinosaur seemed like the appropriately ridiculous choice.

We custom produced this magnetic organizational chart for Eckville Fire Department. On a whiteboard, their team can move the magnets around, build different scenarios, and work through who goes where as an incident develops.

We had a lot of fun designing this custom logo for Taber Fire Department, tying together some of the community’s history with a little personality.

The design pays tribute to Taber’s beginnings as a water stop for the railway, featuring the iconic 77 water tower, while the centrepiece gives a nod to something else Taber is pretty well known for…

Who knew corn could grow such a sweet moustache? 🌽👨🏻

From the firefighter helmet and hydrant to the railway history and unmistakably Taber corn, every element was designed to tell a piece of their story.

We’ve spent the last couple weekends giving the Fireground Apparel Co. shop a full makeover — fresh paint, new window graphics, and a whole lot more Fireground personality.

Safe to say… you probably won’t drive past us now without knowing exactly where we are. We’re pretty happy with how the whole place came together.
