I need dish soap to do one thing: get the grease off my dishes without me having to scrub until next Tuesday. šŸ˜‚

With two kids, there’s always something in the sink. Including the cup that apparently became completely unusable because I put the drink in the wrong one. šŸ¤·ā€ā™€ļø

Lemon Brite is one of the everyday products I’ve started using from The Wellness Store. Dish soap was something we were buying anyway, so this was an easy swap to try.

I’m still fairly new to all of this. I’m replacing things as we need them and figuring out what earns a spot in our house. And having them delivered? One less thing to remember when I’m out shopping. šŸ™Œ

It won’t convince anyone else in this house to do the dishes, unfortunately. I checked. šŸ˜‚

Curious about what I’m using? Message me or come join Everyday Essentials – Extra Possibilities. I’m sharing things as I try them, alongside the usual mom chaos.

Day three hair, approximately seven business days away from wanting to wash it again. šŸ˜‚

Trying SeiBella dry shampoo because so far, every other one has just made my hair look greasy AND dusty. This one actually seems to be doing the trick šŸ‘€ I’ll keep testing it and report back with the results of my very official case study.

And yes, I’m fully aware there’s a proper way to apply dry shampoo by carefully parting my hair into sections. But you won’t catch me doing that with about 30 seconds to spare before I have to stop my toddler from licking something that absolutely should not be licked.

We’re spraying, hoping, and getting on with our day. šŸ˜‚

Apparently I have opinions about laundry detergent now. šŸ˜‚ And shampoo. And dish soap.

So I made a Facebook group where I can share the products from The Wellness Store that I’m actually using in our home.

It’s called Everyday Essentials – Extra Possibilities, and you’re invited! šŸ’š

I share my favourites, before-and-after photos, and how these products fit into everyday life with two kids, piles of laundry and dishes that somehow never end.

If you’ve been curious about anything I’ve posted, come take a look and ask questions. You don’t have to buy anything to join.

These are products I’ve already used today. And it’s only morning. šŸ˜‚

I understand why a monthly order of 35 points at The Wellness Store can sound like a lot. You’re probably thinking, ā€œWhat would I even buy every month?ā€

But look at what we use without really thinking about it. Shampoo. Body wash. Hand soap. Laundry detergent. Stain remover. Dish soap. Dishwasher detergent. Lotion.

Do I need to replace every single one of these every month? Nope! Some last me quite a while. But they don’t all run out at the same time either. One month I need laundry products, another month it’s shampoo, lotion and dish soap.

And this doesn’t even include my daily protein shake, fibre drink, the kids’ hair wash and shower gel for bath time tonight, or the Splash Hā‚‚O drinks and vitamin B12 complex I’ll be taking later.

When I look at everything we actually use, I can see how a monthly refill order can reach 35+ points. It’s less intimidating when those points come from things we already need, use and would be buying anyway. šŸ’š

We're heading into a great fall šŸ, I hope, but also.... SUMMER, PLEASE TAKE ME BACK!

Just look at these views. šŸ˜

Our camping trips are the best and I'm really sad that the camping season is over for us this year. I'm counting the days until we get the trailer out again.

Apparently, I’m a stain-removal person now. šŸ˜‚

Number 2 came home with another pair of pants covered in mystery stains—because apparently that’s just his thing.

But this time, I showed some restraint! I sprayed the stains with PreSpot, then washed them with MelaPower and MelaBrite. That’s it. No throwing the entire laundry cupboard at them. 🤣

And look at the difference! The pants came out looking practically new.

I’m genuinely impressed, especially because light-coloured toddler clothes usually feel like a terrible financial decision. šŸ˜‚

Ryker wore these pants camping and came home with what I’m pretty sure was a lovely grease stain. šŸ™ƒ
Did I need to use PreSpot, MelaPower, MelaMagic AND MelaBrite? Probably not.
Did I throw everything I had at it anyway? Absolutely. šŸ˜‚ I like to overcommit.
But look at them now! The stain is completely gone and the pants came out looking like new.
This is one of the things I love about shopping at the Wellness Store. The products actually work—and apparently they work especially well when I use half the laundry aisle at once. 🤣
If you have a stubborn stain you’ve given up on, send me a picture. I’m weirdly invested in stain removal now. šŸ˜‚

Them: ā€œI just don’t think there’s enough in the Wellness Store that I would actually use.ā€

Also them:

Brushes their teeth.
Uses mouthwash.
Washes and conditions their hair.
Uses body wash, shaving cream, deodorant and moisturizer.
Washes, exfoliates and tones their face.
Wears makeup.
Paints their nails.
Uses perfume, dry shampoo, mousse, heat protectant and hairspray.

Does laundry.
Treats stains.
Cleans the kitchen, shower and toilet.
Dusts the furniture.
Washes dishes.
Uses hand soap and disinfecting wipes.

Drinks coffee and protein shakes.
Eats protein bars, popcorn, beef sticks and nut clusters.
Takes pain relief, antacids, probiotics, melatonin, electrolytes or allergy medication.

Uses cough drops, mints, lip balm and Band-Aids.
Buys baby wash, baby lotion, wipes and diaper cream.
Makes pancakes, muffins and brownies.
Uses essential oils.

But yes…there’s probably nothing you would use. šŸ˜‚

The funny thing is, you’re already buying all of this somewhere. The Wellness Store simply gives you another place to buy the everyday products your household already goes through—and they’re delivered right to your door.

And if you genuinely love the products and decide to share the store with other people, there’s also an opportunity to earn some extra money when they shop too. Because let’s be honest: everyone shops. It’s unfortunately part of adulting. šŸ˜‚

And right now, it’s only $1 to get started.

Happy Thursday! ā¤ļø
