Two-hour free parking is now available in municipal parking lots within Downtown Belleville! 🚗

This includes the Front, Riverside (North, Central & South), Riggs and Pinnacle lots.

⚠️ Even if you're parking for less than two hours, you must obtain and display a free parking permit from a pay-and-display machine or through the HotSpot Parking app.

Parking for more than two hours costs $2 per hour for each additional hour.

There are NO changes to:
- Front Street on-street parking: Remains 1-hour free parking
- Other Downtown on-street parking (including Market Square): $2 per hour

Note:
The Clark and Courthouse municipal parking lots are outside the Downtown Belleville boundary and are NOT included in the 2-hour free parking.

⭐ As always, all Downtown parking is FREE after 5PM and on WEEKENDS
