Important Buy Counter Information

As we head into our busy season, here are a few reminders to help make the selling process faster and easier for everyone:

• Bring items in a hard-sided, stackable container such as a box, storage bin or laundry basket. Clothing should be laid flat or neatly folded.

• All clothing must be freshly washed. Inside-out or extremely wrinkled items will be passed on.

• Toys must be clean, safe and in working condition. Battery compartments will be checked—we cannot purchase items with corrosion or rust.

• Equipment must be fully assembled and include all pieces and hardware. It must be free from stains, holes and excessive wear.

• All equipment will be checked for recalls before we can purchase it.

Please make sure to bring your cell phone & a piece of ID!!

Preparing your items ahead of time helps us process your order more quickly. Thank you for helping our Buy Counter run smoothly during our busy season! ♻️

📅 August 21st & 22nd doors open at 9:30am | August 23rd doors open at 11am.
The lineup starts early. we’ve seen shoppers arrive as early as 8am. Please come prepared to wait and remember to be kind and patient with our staff and your fellow shoppers.

A few important rules:

• No pushing or shoving.
• Please don’t grab piles of clothing and put them in your bags to sort through elsewhere.
• Only take items you’re 100% planning to purchase.

We will not tolerate disrespectful or unsafe behaviour. Let’s make this year’s event enjoyable for everyone!
