Last summer, I put out a call to help Spencer in our warehouse, and we were lucky enough to find David! He’s been an incredible, kind, strong, and hard-working addition to our crew. Now, as our business continues to grow on our family farm in Brant County, Spencer and David need another great person to join our elite team!
As a family business, we take care of our own. Some of our staff have been with us for over 30 years, and have watched Spencer grow up here!
We operate like a team and we’re looking for the next "David" to join us: someone who is considerate, reliable, and ready to roll up their sleeves.
What the job looks like:
Every day is active. Spencer and David lead the charge unloading trucks, organizing the warehouse to keep it safe and efficient, and getting orders packed to keep our e-commerce and store humming (often to the beat of Spencer’s legendary warehouse playlists!).
Who we’re looking for:
💪 Strength & Stamina: Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs regularly.
🐴 Horse Knowledge: Basic knowledge of horses is required.
📦 Experience: Warehouse experience is a huge asset.
🤝 The Right Fit: A positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a team-first mindset are everything to us.
What we offer:
💲 Pay: Starting at $25.00/hour.
🦷 Perks: A great benefit package that covers 100% of prescription and dental.
⏰ Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
📍 Location: Located on our family farm in Brant County, just minutes from the store.
