For our second feature today please help us welcome The Sweet Knit! ♥️

Please read a bit from them below:

“Hi! I’m Samantha, the hands (and occasional tangled-yarn magician) behind The Sweet Knit. My knitting adventure began in 2021 during a family trip to Ontario, when I picked up a loom just to keep my hands busy. I made a simple hat for myself… or so I thought. My teenage daughter immediately stole it. I made a second one... also stolen. By the time I was knitting hat number three, I realized two things:

1. Teenagers have no shame.
2. I might actually be pretty good at this.

Friends and family agreed and encouraged me to keep going, so I upgraded to a knitting machine. Suddenly the possibilities were endless. I had scarves, ear warmers, cozy accessories, and probably enough yarn scraps to start my own small sheep farm.

But I wanted to learn different stitches and create pieces with personality, so I picked up a pair of needles… and honestly? I haven’t looked back since. Now I combine loom knitting, machine knitting, and needle knitting to make one-of-a-kind pieces full of texture, creativity, and a little bit of the chaos that comes with every true craft obsession.

My website is always changing, so if customers see something they like, or want something specific, they can find me on Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok at The Sweet Knit. I also accept custom orders (with some limitations), and I’m happy to talk through colours, styles, and ideas.

Most of my pieces are unique because I love experimenting with different stitches, textures, and yarns. While I do offer some repeat items, no two pieces ever feel exactly alike.

I offer local delivery or pickup, and my turnaround time for custom orders is usually 1–3 days, depending on the size and complexity of the project.
