Today, we get to celebrate an incredible milestone 10 YEARS of and the amazing woman behind it all, Melissa and honestly, I don't think words can fully express how much love, passion, sacrifice, and heart Melissa has poured into building this community over the last decade.
Because Little Modern Market is so much more than just a market, it’s a place where small businesses are welcomed, supported, encouraged, and celebrated. It’s a space filled with connection, kindness, creativity, and people chasing dreams together. Melissa has created something that so many of us are lucky enough to be part of, and you can feel the love she pours into it every single time you walk through those doors.
Behind every beautifully organized market are countless sleepless nights, endless hours of planning, problem-solving, coordinating, setting up, supporting over 100 small businesses, and somehow still making every vendor and customer feel seen, valued, and cared for. And somehow, she does it all with so much grace.
We are forever grateful that Kind Motherhood has had the opportunity to be part of this incredible community. Every single market leaves us in awe of the work, thought, care, and dedication Melissa puts into making these events what they are. Little Modern Market has become one of our absolute favourites, not just because of the shopping, but because of the community Melissa has built from the ground up over the last 10 years.
So today, we hope you'll come celebrate with us, not just the market itself, but the woman behind it all.
