We make a great team! Bill does many of the renovations. He is learning to trust me with a paint brush so I can help out even more. I deal with finding renters and ensuring low vacancy rates. We feel very blessed to be able to build a business together in this way. This lead me to begin researching home based businesses to spend more time with the babes as they will be grown before we know it. I have loved my past 10+ years as a Realtor and intend to start up again at some point but showing homes doesn't always coincide with what the kids need from me time wise.
