I am sharing this as a proud member of this community and in hopes of also helping them achieve their goals for their event!
Hello Friends and Community Members,
As we come to the end of the year, there are so many exciting things happening! 🎉🎉🎉
This year at Royal Oak School, we are having a barbecue as a warm send off for our grade 4 kiddos. But what is a party without your friends…so we are inviting the WHOLE STUDENT BODY to attend!
We want to send the grade 4’s up the hill to William D Pratt School (or other school of choice 😉) with all of the exciting, celebration feelings we can. ✨✨✨✨
AND…we want to start summer holidays off right for all of our other kiddos at Royal Oak School with this barbecue 🎉
We want to make this a super special occasion for the kids, and are asking for help from all of our community members, parents, businesses, (EVERYONE)!
Could you please make a
donation of drinks? As in…juice boxes, water bottles, etc. We need LOTS…like 700!!!
This would help so much and allow us to keep the costs low enough to allow every grade 4 child to attend! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
These donations can be dropped off to TerriJo at 54 Royal Ridge Hill or picked up by calling her at 403-998-3009.
All donations need to be received by Saturday June 24th.
You can also make cash donations or E transfers made to [email protected] with Year End BBQ in the transfer message.
100% of the funds donated will go straight to this barbecue in keeping the costs low and helping every one of the children be able to participate! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
