An Honest Apology & Thank You 🤍
I owe you all a heartfelt apology, and I want to be completely transparent with you.
This past summer, I made the decision to move my family to Calgary while leaving Little Elska operating in Arborg. In hindsight, choosing not to move my business with me was the wrong decision. I quickly realized it needed to be here in Calgary, and I made the choice to relocate the business as well.
Unfortunately, the move did not go as planned. There were unexpected delays with stock arrivals, machines not being hooked up on time, and needing specialized parts and electricians to get our new studio fully operational. On top of that, I discovered that many orders that were meant to be completed prior to the move were not finished. That left us behind before we even got fully set up again.
Then came our busiest season of the year—Christmas—and at the same time, Little Elska went from having multiple hands helping to just me. I tried bringing in additional help, but the work didn’t meet our quality standards, and everything had to be remade. That meant even more delays.
Through it all, my family stepped in, just like they always do, and together we worked tirelessly. Hundreds of orders have been leaving our studio each week as we catch up, but I know that some of you experienced longer waits than expected—and for that, I am truly sorry.
I want you to know this: the responsibility is mine. I never want anyone to feel disappointed or left wondering, and I hate that some of you were affected during this transition.
Thank you—from the bottom of my heart—for your patience, your kindness, and your understanding during a very challenging chapter for my business. Little Elska is still here. We are still going strong. And we are already putting systems and improvements in place for 2026.
Thank you for sticking with me. Your support means more than I can ever put into words 🤍
