Boo! It's finally fall! 👻

We are having the best time creating fun new seasonal items, but one of our favourites is definitely these wee ghosts. The perfect little companion for your bookshelves, nightstands, desks....or just to keep in your pocket for when you need a little spectral friend.

Want one of your very own? Come find us at one of our upcoming markets! We hope you love them as much as we do!

Happy equinox! 🍂

We have some news to share going into what is, for us, usually our biggest weekend of the year!

This year, we will sadly not be in Artists Alley at Ottawa Comiccon. We wrestled long and hard with that decision, but certain big life changes in the last year just made the logistics too complex for a whole big weekend. There may have been some tears.

But all is not lost! We have four other events coming up this fall and winter with Ottawa Markets Collective and Art.Souls.Events where we will have all our usual goodies as well as some new pieces. We can't wait to see you there, and in the meantime, head down to Comic Con this weekend and support all the amazing people in Artists Alley, especially our wonderful friends and annual row-mates Jen and Éric Desmarais of JenEric Designs and JenEric Coffee, and Lindsay Kaycee ❤️

Here at Saucy Frocks, we love fall for many reasons, but two at the top of our list are pretty leaves and Gilmore Girls rewatching (though that is truly all year round, but feels more appropriate in autumn). If you caught us at a market last year you've already had a sneak peak at these goodies - and we are delighted to announce they'll be landing in our Etsy shop tomorrow (finally!) in honour of the unofficial start of our favourite season!

Happy September Eve! 🍂

At Saucy Frocks, we have always been proud bookworms. So many of our items have been inspired by some of our faves. At markets we’re often asked “what’s that from?” so here is a selection of our bookish creations, alongside their original sources! And trust us....this is the tip of the iceberg when it comes to our literary pieces.

Got a favourite book or line you'd like to see represented? Let us know!
