🎓 Grad 2027 Update! 🎓
This year is going to look a little different around here! My daughter is graduating, and I’ve also taken on the role of Head of Social for the Grad Committee 🫣 — so needless to say, it’s going to be a busy season!
I’m already anticipating taking on close to twice as many grad gowns this year, since I know so many of the grads at SHSS. 🫣
So, for the sake of my sanity 😅, I’m going to be opening my grad alteration season much earlier than usual. PLEASE reach out as soon as possible if you wish to reserve an alteration spot…. I would rather you reserve a spot and then not need it, then contact me in a panic in April or May as I just won’t be able to take any additional gowns on at that time.
My hands get pretty grumpy with my autoimmune condition when I work too many hours in a day, and my doctor has advised me against the marathon sewing days I’ve been known to pull during grad season. 😬 My hope is to spread the workload out over more months instead.
So, if your dress:
✨ needs a lot of alteration work, or
✨ you don’t tend to fluctuate in weight/body shape
…PLEASE consider coming to see me as early as possible!
