Happy birthday to our ๐‰๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ข๐š ๐‚๐š๐ฆ๐ฉ๐›๐ž๐ฅ๐ฅ๐Ÿ“PEI (she/her) !

Boss, entrepreneur, mom, small business owner, wearer of approximately 847 hats, and somehow still the person bringing that Julia energy wherever she goes.

Getting to watch her role change and evolve over this past year, and watching her absolutely crush it along the way, has been pretty incredible. She continues to set the bar for what it looks like to build a business, raise a family, chase big ideas, pivot when you need to, and keep moving forward even when youโ€™re juggling a million things at once.

From small business warrior to โ€œmom in a vanโ€ life, there really isnโ€™t a hat this woman doesnโ€™t wear. And somehow, she still makes room to be present with the people around her while sheโ€™s doing it.

I feel pretty lucky that somewhere along the way, my boss also became my friend.

Happy birthday, J! Hereโ€™s to another year of big ideas, lots of laughs, questionable amounts of caffeine combined with the moments when said caffeine hits a little too hard, and continuing to absolutely crush every new hat life hands you.
