Has an adjustable snap bottom and two adjustable straps with parachute buckles to help keep this cover secure. Kangaroo hand warmer pocket across the front which also doubles as storage for your keys and phone. 3 layers of material to keep the wind out and your little one warm: nylon outer, insulated later, polar fleece inner lining. Made in Canada! Charcoal gray exterior and pink fleece.
