I’m so excited to officially introduce myself as the Area Coordinator for the Neighbourhood Welcome Program in Cochrane, Alberta! 🏡❤️

My name is Tina, and community, connection, and kindness have always been at the heart of everything I do. Through the Neighbourhood Welcome Program, I have the privilege of personally welcoming new individuals and families to our amazing town while connecting them with incredible local businesses, services, and organizations that make Cochrane such a special place to call home.

This program is so much more than a welcome package — it’s about creating relationships, supporting local, and helping newcomers feel like they belong from day one.

Over the coming weeks, I’ll be sharing our amazing exclusive community partners, local businesses, and all the wonderful things happening around Cochrane. I truly believe that good things grow when people come together with kindness, connection, and heart. ❤️

PLACING AN ORDER THIS WEEK. I KNOW PEOPLE ARE LOOKING AND WANTING TO TRY SOMETHING NEW. SHOOT ME A MESSAGE AND I CAN LET YOU KNOW ABOUT COSTS ETC.
For my protein, I use Nutrilite (Amway) and I seriously love it because it’s dairy-free, gluten-free, soy-free, and zero sugar — and it blends sooo nicely into my shakes
My protein shakes are basically a little cup of magic because I also add:
Mixed berries + 10 super fruits
Sweet Greens with 10 super foods like spinach, broccoli, and kale — such an easy way to get those greens in and keep my energy feeling
During my workouts I sip on Muscle Multiplier (EAA supplement) the entire time and I make sure I finish it before I touch regular water It’s flavored, super yummy, and honestly just makes my workouts feel next level.
Since adding these into my routine, I’ve felt more consistent, more fueled, and more committed to showing up for myself — and that part means everything to me
On the days I forget my EAA and just drink water, I can totally tell the difference… for me, this combo just WORKS
And you all know I have a very sensitive stomach, so anything that makes me feel good and sits well with me, I have to talk about and share with you guys because I think that part is super important Everyone’s body is different, but this has been such a good fit for me.
