Ella's Closet is looking for a full-time Retail Sales Associate to join our team! As a nonprofit boutique-style thrift store, every purchase helps support the important work of Stepping Stones Crisis Society.

We're looking for someone who is:
👗 Passionate about fashion and creating beautiful displays
💜 Friendly, welcoming, and customer-focused
🧠 Organized, able to prioritize tasks, and a strong problem solver
🏃 Comfortable multitasking and staying busy throughout the day
💪 Able to be on their feet for an entire shift while sorting, pricing, steaming, and merchandising clothing
🤝 A flexible team player who may also work alongside our team at Orbiting Trends from time to time

Retail experience is an asset, but a positive attitude, initiative, and a willingness to learn are just as important.
