I been feeling deeply motivated, honored, and grateful to share something I truly care about and am passionate about: Cacao. 🤎

Sharing this ancestral medicine and encouraging a more conscious relationship with Cacao—one that recognizes and honors the plant, the hands, the people, and the cultures that make it possible for us to receive it—feels deeply aligned with my soul.

Every circle reminds me why I do this and keeps me inspired and excited to continue creating more spaces for connection, intention, and reverence. 🌿✨

To everyone who has joined me in a Cacao Circle: thank you, muchs gracias. 🙏🏽

I receive so much from these gatherings. It’s an incredible feeling that is sometimes hard to put into words. All I know is that sharing Cacao, witnessing your experiences, and connecting in this way truly nourishes my heart. ❤️

Here’s to continuing to learn, share, and deepen our relationship with Mama Cacao. 🌿🤎

These Tapestry bags are very popular! 🤩

Carefully made by Wayuu artisans in la Guajira, Colombia. These are made using an ancestral tapestry technique, which is the same use to make carpets.

We create the designs, which are often inspired in metaphysical figures including evil eye, lotus flower and mandalas. Many colors and designs available. Which is your favorite?!

New Ceremonial Cacao — Now Available in a 500 g Block! 🤎🍫✨
We heard your feedback… and we’re so excited to bring you our Ceremonial Cacao in a 500 g block!

While our shaved cacao is incredibly convenient and perfect when you’re short on time, there is something truly special about cutting your cacao yourself with intention. ✨

For many of us, preparing Cacao is more than simply making a drink—it can be part of the ritual. Taking a moment to cut your cacao, connect with Mama Cacao, set an intention, sing, breathe, and prepare it with presence can make the experience feel even more meaningful. 🤎

Personally, I LOVE both!

🌿 When I’m busy or need something quick, I reach for our shaved cacao.

🌿 When I’m creating a deeper ceremonial space, I love cutting the cacao myself while singing to Mama Cacao and taking my time to infuse the preparation with my energy and intention.

So now you can choose what feels right for you:

✨ 500 g Block — for those who love the ritual of preparing their cacao
✨ Shaved Cacao — for convenience and easy preparation

Because there is no right or wrong way—it’s about how you choose to connect. 🤎

Which one are you drawn to?

✨ A life aligned with purpose ✨

I feel incredibly honored and grateful to make a living doing work that feels so meaningful to my heart. 🤎 🙏🏽

Supporting and representing Indigenous artisans of South America has taken me on such a beautiful journey of self-discovery, connection, and deeper appreciation for ancestral knowledge and traditional craftsmanship and traditions.

I’m forever grateful for the privilege of following my heart and creating a life that is aligned with my values and purpose. 🌿

To my wonderful clients, community, friends, and family — thank you. Your support makes it possible for me to continue sharing these beautiful creations and the stories behind them. 🙏🏽❤️

Today, I’m wearing one of my favorite pieces: this gorgeous cotton dress from Chiapas, Mexico. 🌸

The beautiful embroidered decoration on this dress is rooted in traditional weaving and embroidery practices passed down by the women of Chiapas for centuries. Each piece is created with incredible care, patience, and love — and it can take months just to complete the embroidery.

Every time I wear it, I feel beautiful, comfortable, and somehow more connected to my origin and to the women whose hands brought this piece to life. 🌎❤️ Even though, I am not Mexican, I feel deeply connected and identify to them as we share similar culture, history and our ancestors were all connected at some point.

Wearing this dress is more than wearing a beautiful piece — it’s a way of honoring and celebrating the artistry, traditions, and ancestral wisdom of the women of Chiapas, Mexico. 🇲🇽

Wear it. Feel it. Honor the hands and traditions behind it. ✨

Our shamanic rattles are handcrafted by the Indigenous Embera artisans of Putumayo, Colombia. 🤎✨

Using locally gathered natural seeds and materials, each rattle is carefully beaded by hand, making every piece truly one of a kind.

Just like no two people are the same, no two rattles sound alike. Each carries its own unique vibration, and its sound is medicine. 🎵

Which sound resonates with you the most? ✨

A few weeks ago, I facilitated my very first Cacao workshop, and my heart is still so full. 🤎✨ Life has been busy, but I'm finally sharing a glimpse of this beautiful experience. 🙏🏽

More than teaching about cacao, my mission is to help create a deeper, more conscious, and respectful relationship with Mama Cacao. I believe that when we get to know and connect with Cacao, understand the Indigenous peoples, ancestral traditions, and sacred wisdom that have carried this medicine for generations, we can receive its gifts with greater intention, gratitude, and connection.

Speaking from my heart, my passion, own personal experience with Cacao and my deep respect for Mama Cacao and the cultures that have protected this sacred plant made everything flow naturally. It helped me move beyond my fear of public speaking and simply share what I love.

I left this experience feeling incredibly grateful and inspired to continue offering these workshops. My hope is that each person walks away with not only knowledge, but also a renewed appreciation for the people, the traditions, and the spirit of Mama Cacao. 🙏🏽🤎

Thank you to everyone who joined me on this beautiful beginning. This is only the start. ✨ Stay tuned as more workshops are coming soon! 🤩
