We're taking the day off! Hopefully you join us at the Comox Valley Road Runners 's 5th St Mile in Downtown Courtenay, just ahead of the Canada Day Parade. You're pretty much guaranteed a PB with downhill the whole way and all of the Comox Valley cheering you on!

Registration is free online or better yet, swing by Foveo from 2-5pm on Tuesday to register and pick up your bib!⁠

Our website doesn't rest, and online orders will be shipped July 2 👌

A vehicle hit our building sometime between Sunday night and Monday early morning, and they have not been in touch with us to resolve it. There is significant damage.

The 5th Street Mile is next Wednesday just before the Canada Day Parade!! Free, family-friendly and FAST 💨

We'll have donuts for bib pick up at the shop from 2-5pm the day before (Tuesday) - so swing by and get your bib early!

We had the BEST collab with Rad Brewing in Comox!

What started as a passion project to create an easy-drinking beer designed for local runners (let's face it - RTB drove this one) quickly escalated!

Tyler, the talented brewer @ Rad, nailed the recipe perfectly for a refreshing, light beer with that little kick at the finish and electrolytes to boot - just what we were looking for!

This was to be a summer beer, but you drained the kegs before the spring weather broke!

The best news - Rad has completed another batch, it is available now, exclusively at their pub in Comox, by the tall can and on tap.

OK, maybe equally best news - Foveo has donated a couple of kegs to the Cumberland Forest Bar for Devil's Ladder Ultra, so you can enjoy it post-race too 🍻
