Good morning everyone. Please check your request messages if I haven’t replied to your request.
I’m just sending out this friendly reminder to everyone that I will be out delivering my Mood Journals to CR, Comox, Courtenay, Black Creek and everywhere in between directly to your door for free tomorrow, Sunday December 21. If we haven’t discussed I do prefer etransfer ahead of delivery but if discussed ahead of delivery cash can be left and I can leave in a dry spot or a mailbox.
If you have paid already thank you very much and just disregard this info.

Children’s Mental Health Mood Journals.

Delivering free directly to your house from CR to Royston and everything in between this Sunday the 21st between 12-4.

$15 ea
80 entries and 10 journal/story pages. Basically the same as my adult mood journal but kid friendly.
This worksheet invites kids to write reflecting on their day, and identify two positive and one negative emotion they experienced throughout the day. They are then prompted to further evaluate these emotions.
