Before you throw out your old shoes, look at the soles.

Uneven tread, a worn outer heel or cushioning that leans to one side can reveal how the shoe has been loaded over time. Wear patterns do not diagnose a problem on their own, but they can be one useful part of the bigger picture.

Bring your everyday shoes to your appointment. They may help us understand what your feet experience between steps.

Save this post and check the bottom of the shoes you wear most.

Turns out, we’re pretty good with more than just feet! 🎃👻

The Soles In Motion crew traded shoes, orthotics and braces for pumpkins, carving tools and a little friendly competition!

From spooky faces to some seriously creative masterpieces, let’s just say our team understood the assignment. 😂

A little team bonding, a lot of laughs… we have some pretty impressive creations!

If a new shoe is rubbing, pinching or making your toes go numb in the store, it is unlikely to become the perfect fit at home.

Some materials soften slightly, but pain is not a normal part of breaking in footwear. Width, depth, toe-box shape, heel hold and the way the shoe bends all matter.

At Soles In Motion, we do more than check the number on the box. We help you find the fit your feet have been asking for.
