Just got back from Portugal where we explored the country of 7 Hills…. We literally went up & down a lot of hills and winding roads and roads that don’t run east/west or north/south like they do here in Norfolk county so you get lost thinking you can end up just around the corner from somewhere.

Could you imagine all of the fatigue, hip, knee, leg or joint pain that comes with all of that exploring? Well, I was more “tired” from the fresh air than the walking.
