A Closer Look at Some Beautiful Diamonds ✨

One of my favourite parts of what I do is helping clients find a stone that feels just right for them.

A Look at What’s Been Coming Together in the Studio ✨

A few of the pieces I’ve been working on recently, each with a very different approach to colour, metal and design.

The 18K Yellow Gold Tsavorite Garnet and Lab Created Diamond Ring brings together rich green colour and diamond sparkle. The 18K Yellow Gold Multi Diamond Bubble Ring is all about movement and the way different diamond sizes create dimension. And the 19K White Gold Multi Diamond Ring With Yellow Gold Diamond Jackets explores the contrast between white and yellow gold.

What I enjoy most about designing jewellery is bringing all of these elements together and understanding how they change the feel of a piece. A gemstone can set the direction for a design, while the choice of metal, setting and proportions helps determine how the finished piece comes together.

After years of working with gemstones and jewellery design, I’ve learned that small details can make a big difference. Sometimes it’s the colour of a gemstone, sometimes the way diamonds are arranged, and sometimes it’s simply finding the right balance between the metal and the stones.

These are just a few examples of what has been keeping me busy in the studio lately. 💛

A Night to Celebrate Ladner ✨

What a night at the 2026 Art & W**e Stroll!

Even with the rain, the event was sold out and Ladner Village was full of people coming together to support local businesses, artists and our community.

I loved spending the evening visiting local businesses, catching up with familiar faces and meeting new ones along the way. It was wonderful to see so many people out supporting the businesses and artists who make Ladner such a special place.

I was also proud to support the evening through Trish Arato Design Studio and to donate a sterling silver hummingbird pendant, which was won by Angela. Congratulations! 🐦✨

A big thank you to the Ladner Business Association, the artists, volunteers, musicians, food trucks, sponsors and everyone who came out and made the evening such a success.

A wonderful evening at the Art & W**e Stroll 🥂

What a wonderful evening at the 2026 Art & W**e Stroll last Thursday on the 24th.

Even with the rain, there was such a great community spirit throughout Ladner. It was lovely to spend the evening visiting local businesses, meeting people and seeing so many familiar faces come together for this sold-out event.

I had the chance to connect with some wonderful local businesses and community members, including Alvienne at Vinca’s Kitchen (), Murray & Michelle at Blue Moon Collectables (), the team at Delta Chamber of Commerce (), Melissa Granum (), Tammy Hansen (), Bernadette from the office of Jill McKnight MLA (), Lexie from Clean Slate Skin & Laser (), Tina from B&M Collections and Joanie from Fancy This Gifts ().

I was also very happy to support the event as a sponsor through Trish Arato Design Studio, and it was especially fun to give away a sterling silver hummingbird pendant. Congratulations to Angela, who was the lucky winner! 🐦✨

This 18K Yellow Gold Natural Diamond and Lab Created Diamond Ring started as an upgrade transformation.

The piece she already owned no longer matched her taste. She wanted a warmer metal and more presence on the hand, so we reworked it into 18K yellow gold and upgraded the stones at the same time. The ring still uses her original centre diamond, with her original halo diamonds around it, and we set bigger lab-created diamonds on the shoulders.

I love projects like this because the finished ring can look completely different from where it started, while the stones that mattered most stay right at its centre.

In the end, it becomes something that feels current, personal, and wearable. 💛
