About The Artist
Joëlle Martin is a watercolor, oil and acrylic painter living in Dunsinane, New Brunswick. Her studio is located in her peaceful lakeside lodge where she slowly brings her artworks to life. Originally a makeup artist, Joëlle merged her painting skills with her 15 years of makeup artistry experience bringing about an aesthetic that is detailed and layered along with a whimsical and

playful twist on realism. Creating images of the natural world allows her to continually explore new subjects and places, inviting the viewer to see nature in diverse ways. Her hope is that her creations will bring on a sense of wonder and inspire you to take a closer look at the perfect beauty of nature.

My Dairytown Market shop is officially closed.

Thank you so much to everyone who stopped by, supported, and cheered on my little corner over the years. It started small and grew into something really special, and I’m so grateful for all the love and encouragement along the way.

I’m stepping into a new chapter now—one that’s been a long-time dream. A shop where I get to be there in person, create, connect, and build a real sense of community. That’s what I’m most excited for.

I’ve been working on something new behind the scenes — something I’ve been dreaming about for a long time.

Meadow House is a shop I’m opening in Sussex — a place for antiques, vintage goods, and thoughtfully selected pre-loved pieces.

Mon Pré will still be my creative home, but it will now have a physical one too. It will live inside Meadow House as my in-house brand.

More details soon. For now, I’m just feeling grateful and excited. I’ll be sharing the slow, behind-the-scenes process as the space comes together, and I hope you’ll follow along Meadow House & Co.🚪

This season feels like a natural pause and the start of a new chapter. I’m looking ahead to 2026 with excitement and have some new projects quietly in the works.

All the cozy things are coming with me to Alice’s Christmas Wonderland this weekend at — soft knits, vintage furs, wool coats, and the prettiest festive sweaters, along with a beautiful nostalgic holiday finds for the home ✨
