Lake House

As much as we love being at the shop, it’s just as important to step away once in a while. Running a small business is something we pour our hearts into every single day, but taking time to rest, reset, and recharge is just as important. A little break means we come back refreshed, inspired, and ready to give you our very best.

We’ll be taking the long weekend off, August 1 through August 3, to enjoy some time with family and friends, and soak up a little bit of summer. Thank you, as always, for your understanding and your incredible support. We’ll see you back at the shop after the long weekend, ready for another great season together!

One year……It’s hard to believe that almost a year ago, on August 1, 2025, we opened the doors to 41 King St.

What a day that was!!! The support from our community was overwhelming. So many of you stopped in to explore the new space, shop, say hello, bring flowers, and share words of encouragement that meant more than you’ll ever know. Those moments are something I’ll never forget.

This past year has been full of growth, learning, new ideas, and plenty of long days, but it’s also been filled with so much joy. One of the greatest parts has been working alongside Vicki. We’ve shared countless laughs, supported each other through the busy days, celebrated the wins, and built a genuine friendship that I’m incredibly grateful for. To every customer who has walked through our doors, shared our posts, recommended us to a friend, or simply cheered us on, thank you. You are the reason Hinterland & Co continues to grow, and I can’t wait to see what year two has in store.

Here’s to another year of community, creativity, and making this little shop feel like home. ❤️
