Appreciation post!! The lovely Eileen’s Knitting And Felting has been knitting samples for me for years 🙌 (turns out it’s hard to find knitting time with small kiddos at your feet 😅). So when she offered to knit me a in my brand new Silky Wool Fi*****ng so I could wear it to the Atlantic Yarn Fibre festival I was obviously over the moon! She nailed it (as usual) and I’m so excited to wear it at the show! Thank you Eileen!!! 🤩❤️

Getting ready for the Atlantic Yarn & Fibre Festival this weekend? We want you to have the absolute best experience, so here is your official Yarn Event Survival Checklist:

✅ Bring a reusable tote bag (or three) to carry your beautiful new treasures. We will have our branded tote bags for sale at our Merch table and read below for a chance to WIN one of our beautiful bags !
✅ Plan your budget & payments. Many vendors accept cards/tap, but having some cash on hand is always a smart backup for quick transactions.
✅ Know your yardage. Working on a specific project soon? Bring a list of the yardage/weights you need so you can buy the perfect amounts.
✅ Bring some knitting or crochet to sit, catch up with friends and enjoy a break either at a local café or restaurant or the seating areas at the venue.

These new tool hangers (and their friends!) are hot off the press from and coming to meet you this weekend at fibre frolic! Each mini quilt wall hanging is unique and hand sewn with naturally dyed fabrics from the Botanical Fibres studio. Complete with two sizes of slots and a jute hanging cord these little works of art came out better than I could have imagined! (Thanks mom 😘🪡🧵)

Erin and Vana have put together kits for the 2026 WoolstockEAST shawls based on flowers, and we can't get enough of them!

The Wildflower kit pairs Botanical Fibres Sensible Sock in 'Pale Sumac' with Lichen and Lace Hand Dyed Yarn March Mohair in 'Pressed Flowers'.

The Lilac kit is Green Gable Alpacas Lady Slipper in 'Calla Lily' and 'Hello Violet'.

And the Zinnia kit is a gorgeous combination of Botanical Fibres Sensible Sock in 'Heirloom Red' paired with Lichen and Lace Hand Dyed Yarn March Mohair in 'Wildflowers'.
