• Merchandise purchased must be returned to us in the country in which it was purchased Canada. Returns will be at the sender’s expense.
• Original invoice must accompany returned merchandise in order for a refund to be processed.
• Online exchanges are available but the exchange will be shipped at the customer's expense.
• Online refunds will be made to the credit card or Interac account used in the original transaction. If paid by Cash or E-transfer that will be discussed further with the company owner/manager
• If a Gift card is used and the merchandise is returned, the funds will be placed back on the original card or store credit will be issued.
• Merchandise purchased online from all categories and price points may be returned or exchanged. We are, however, unable to accept merchandise where the sewn-in garment tag has been cut or removed or the price tag has been removed.
• Returned merchandise must be in its original state, deemed to be unworn with tags attached, or be defective to be accepted for a refund.
• We will not accept refunds, exchanges, or store credits for any Underwear items such as Panties, g-strings, thongs, bras. We also will not accept refunds for any items that are to do with B**M or adult toys, vibes, or any items that are to do with sexual pleasure that is not a game board/ Cards or Lingerie.
• We will accept Refund or store credit if the product is damaged at all when you receive it but remember from the date you receive the product you have only 7 days to emails us at [email protected] to let us know of the damaged products we will issue you an exchange only once the product has been returned to us with the tag and/or box the way the product was received to you.
