An ultra-groovy, handmade romper, constructed of a thick, psychedelic beach towel. This wild summer piece fastens with a coral nylon zip up the front, and is ready for your next beach day!

It is in great vintage condition overall- it does show small signs of wear but no major flaws. The front zipper has a slight wave to it. This is a handmade piece so please do not expect professional construction, but it is well-made. Freshly cleaned and ready-to-wear!

Coming to us from the 1950’s, is this beautiful, buttery-yellow dress, dotted with little embroidered floral bouquets. This piece is constructed of a lightweight, unlined cotton with matching belt. It fastens up the back with the original metal zipper.

This dress is in excellent vintage condition with no obvious flaws, but the belt shows some minor wear. Freshly cleaned and ready-to-wear!

Vintage SHERMAN Pink Shrimp Tail/Wreath • Midcentury Sparkling Rhinestone Brooch

A dazzling rhinestone brooch in a wreath silhouette (or more affectionally known as the “shrimp tail”), by Sherman. This piece measures 2.25” x 2” at widest points.

It is in mint vintage condition with hardly any signs of wear. The matching earrings are also available (sold seperately, please swipe for info on those). Signed Sherman on the back.

Vintage Mid-Century SHERMAN Pink Drop Rhinestone Chandelier Clip-On Earrings

A classic pair of vintage clip-ons, signed Sherman on the back, in a beautiful light pink. These earrings measure 6.5cm in length and 1cm in width.

These pair perfectly with the pink shrimp tail brooch that I also have in store. I am selling both pieces seperately but if you choose to purchase the set, it would be $450CAD.

The only flaw to note is a tiny chip in the very edge of one rhinestone along the bottom. It is not noticeable when worn and I didn’t see it until inspecting closely. Otherwise, excellent condition. They are signed Sherman on the backside.

A dreamy, ruffled gown from the 1940’s, constructed entirely of a crisp yellow lace with acetate lining. The bodice is lined but the skirt portion is not, and requires a slip or bodysuit underneath.

This dress is in mint vintage condition with just one small mend along the hem of the skirt- not at all noticeable when worn. It fastens with the original side metal zipper

Vintage 1950’s Beige Floral Hat with Green Velvet Bows

A remarkable concoction of pastel pink/beige flowers, green velvet bows and tulle netting to create this garden-party hat! This piece sits atop the head- it does have a ring at the back to help hold in place but I do suggest pinning it down as well.

Best fits approx. 21-21.5” head circumference. This piece is in great vintage condition overall. There are no obvious flaws to note but does show minor signs of age/storage. I have restored it to the best of my ability and it presents beautifully when worn.

Not sure if I’m crying tears of gratitude or if I’m still sweating from my eyes! It took me 15 years to ever do a market but I’m very proud to say my first one was a success!

It was so, so amazing to meet so many people and customers in person. I am so grateful for all the lovely conversations about our shared love of old clothes!

A huge, huge thank you to the owners and staff at Vintage District for putting on such a smash event. A huge thank you to all the vendors for curating amazing pieces and just being a wonderful group (and especially to everyone who loaned me fixtures!). An enchanting 1940’s yellow mesh gown with lace bodice and a full, sweeping skirt. The puffed sleeves remind me of Cinderella’s dress!

This piece has been photographed with a small crinoline underneath to show the true fullness of the skirt (not included-sorry!). This dress fastens with the original side metal zipper. It has been professionally dry-cleaned and is ready to wear.

This 1940’s gown is in very good/great vintage condition overall considering it’s age and delicate fabric. There are three small breaks in the lace bodice that are not noticeable unless inspecting closely. A tiny hole in the skirt near the hem, and some small spots of discolouration remain along the mesh collar. Lastly, there is a teeny mend at the top of the puff sleeve. Most flaws are very small and/or blend in and won’t be noticeable when worn. Please review all photos carefully prior to purchasing.
