📚First created by Los Angeles designer Suse Dannenburg, her novelty appliquéd sweaters became fashionable with many Hollywood Starlets of the day, including Esther Williams. The fun pullovers offered a bit of lighthearted whimsy in contrast to the military influenced styles of the 1940s. ❤️🗡️
